Our Data Ethics
Commitment

Your family's privacy is our priority. We operate as an independent advisory service — not a data broker, not a lead generator for schools.

GDPR Compliant · Independent Advisory Service

The Short Version

We never sell your data

Not to schools, not to agencies, not to anyone.

Data used only for you

Guides you requested + personalised advice only.

You're always in control

Access, port or delete your data anytime.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to school admissions departments, third-party marketing agencies, or any other commercial entity. Your email address and relocation details are yours — they stay with us and are used only to serve you.

Purpose of Data Collection

We collect your email address and relocation timeline solely for two purposes: (1) to deliver the guides and resources you have requested, and (2) to offer personalised school placement advice when you choose to engage with our advisory services. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Your Control Over Your Data

You have the right to access, port, correct, or permanently delete your data at any time. You can exercise these rights by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link in the footer of any email we send you, or by contacting our Data Officer directly at the address below. We will action all requests within 30 days.

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use reputable third-party email service providers who are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection law (including GDPR). We do not store payment card details — all transactions are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.

Legal Basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your personal data is your explicit consent, given when you submit your email address to receive our guides. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Policy Updates

We may update this Data Ethics Commitment from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you are a subscriber) and update the "Last reviewed" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Contact Our Data Officer

To exercise your rights (access, portability, correction, or deletion), or to raise a concern about how we handle your data, contact our Data Officer directly. We will respond within 30 days.
